A family member of ours experienced a health scare during cocktail hour, and Lindsay handled the situation with an incredible amount of care and a sense of calm. She ensured our family member received the help they needed while also continuing to manage the event in such a way that their privacy/dignity were respected, timelines continued to be met, and my husband and I were worry free. We couldn't have dreamed up better hands for our guests, wedding party, and ourselves to be in, during such a special time.
Our family and friends absolutely loved Lindsay, so much so that my maid of honour promptly wanted her information for her own wedding! Looking back, we couldn't imagine our big day without Lindsay. “My husband and I got engaged just before the pandemic. After trying to plan it ourselves for almost 2 years, and 3 failed venues, we decided to hire a professional wedding planner. It was the best money we spent on our wedding. We didn't give Lindsay a lot of time; we picked the venue and got married 4 months later. The wedding was beautiful and had everything we wanted. I was particularly impressed by the wedding design aspect of her services, as I am not great with details and she made everything look gorgeous. Our head table, our ceremony archway, our lounge set - everything was amazing. On the wedding day Lindsay was wonderful.
Lindsay also handled a difficult vendor quite well. We hired a friend & his team and one member of the team was not open to working with a planner and was not particularly nice about it. Lindsay remained very professional and didn't let it affect her job or her mood.
